Tradition and innovation, together in harmony. The writing instrument redefined.
Otto Hutt unveils new trend-setting products at Paperworld 2019
Königsbach-Stein / Frankfurt am Main. Otto Hutt GmbH is creating a special space at Paperworld 2019, one that will invite you to immerse yourself in the brand environment of the Black Forest-based manufacturer of writing instruments. From the 26th to the 29th of January, visitors to the fair will be granted exclusive insight into three exciting new products.
While the design04 cleverly captures the year’s style trends in four new variations, our product range is expanding into high-quality writing instruments with an attractive retro look with the launch of designs03.
A particular highlight is our one-of-a-kind collaboration with the renowned artist Viola. The result of this collaboration are individually hand-painted charms that turn the rosé-colored design06 into a peerless work of art.
Setting new standards. Rethinking the tried-and-tested. A pioneering role that challenges and compels. As a family-run company for almost 100 years, Otto Hutt understands what is required for exceptional writing experiences: those that bring timeless elegance, outstanding quality and perfect functionality in harmony with fresh new ideas. Following the inauguration of the interactive writing instrument configurator and the successful brand relaunch last year, fresh innovations are now emerging and are bound to inspire. Always one idea ahead – entirely in keeping with company tradition.
design03: A look to the past. Crafted in modernity.
At Paperworld 2019, Otto Hutt will be presenting its very latest designer line for the first time. The design03 sees legendary retro style and golden trim meet modern design philosophy. Elements such as the characteristic push button let you look back nostalgically to a time that is now within closer reach than ever.
Limited Edition: Charms by Viola.
Craftsmanship and artistry are both deeply rooted in the history of the Black Forest. The cooperation between Otto Hutt and the Pforzheim-based artist Viola celebrates these traditions in a way never seen before. The combination of meticulous precision engineering and ingenious creativity has resulted in unique charms that are available in five different variants. A limited edition that will set not only collectors’ pulses racing.
Rendered into an ingenious miniature format from life-size acrylic sculpture, the hand-painted charms adorn the rosé-coloured design06 writing instruments. Trade fair visitors can look forward to an illuminating glimpse behind the scenes of the partnership. On Sunday the 27th of January, Viola will be the guest of honour at the Otto Hutt booth, where she will tell visitors all about her creative work, her artistic vision, and the exciting origins of the charms.
